A bachelor or master graduate will join our team if he/she possesses such hard and soft skills as:

  • extensive knowledge in major sciences (economics, finance, tax reporting & accounting, statistics, and law)
  • good command of English (B2 and higher)
  • MS Office users, advanced Excel skills
  • strong analytical skills and trainability
  • advanced communication skills and desire to join a team of professionals

1. Preparing your CV

  • Send your CV to hr@kreston.com.ua.
  • Write a CV with information about your place of study, internship. your strengths, other skills, and hobbies.
  • Specify in the cover letter a professional area of your interest.
  • Get a recruiter's call within 3 days.

2. Introduction interview (recruiter – applicant)

  • Application review.
  • Examination of your personal qualities and motivation.
  • Analysis of an applicant's alignment with the company values.
  • Presentation about Kreston GCG.

3. Testing your knowledge by profile

4. Interview with the Business Unit Manager

  • Assessing applicant's compliance with the vacancy requirements.
  • Presenting information on the vacancy and career opportunities.

5. Final decision and employment

  • Prepare for an invitation to an internship or full-time employment.
  • Congratulations on your new job!
