Objectives:
1) Establish a comprehensive sales system and a business unit with a focus on foreign clients.
2) Aid during the first stages of implementation to enter international markets.

Deliverables:
✔ Reviewed global trends in the target market and identified prospective foreign markets where client’s services will be rendered.
✔ Developed recommendations to mitigate risks and enhanced personnel’s competencies pertaining to the foreign market sales.
✔ Developed an organizational structure and regulations for the export sales department.
✔ Implemented an array of intensive educational measures for the personnel to develop the skills required to effectively operate on foreign markets.
