A strategy developed for a systems integrator (EBRD Grant)

Kreston GCG developed a marketing strategy for MMI Group to enter IT markets in the United States and Europe with a grant obtained from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The company’s entry into international markets will be driven at first stages by effective marketing, PR, deep industry experience, and sales. Moreover, the group plans to rapidly open sales offices in the United States and Europe to secure their positions there.
