A Ukrainian developer initiated construction of a shopping and entertainment center and was looking for investors. Kreston GCG was engaged to conduct a feasibility study and prepare a business plan. An international conference allowed us to find stakeholders willing to invest.
Construction of a shopping and entertainment center including a supermarket (9,366.35 m²), a shopping and entertainment center with a gallery (8,677.16 m²) and a B class business center (8,654.29 m²).
Investments: USD 45.4 million.
Area: 3.5 ha.
✔ Evaluated general characteristics of the construction site and surrounding areas.
