Optimization of internal processes (EBRD Grant)

A regional developer was awarded an EBRD grant. Kreston GCG advised the developer to optimize internal processes and strategic management, which had a positive effect on internal processes and improved the company’s competitive position on the market.

One of the largest developers in the region. Its key specialists have more than 20 years of experience on the market. There are currently two permanent offices with more than 20 full-time employees and more than 100 production specialists. The company provides its b2b services in six regions of Ukraine. Among its key clients are Kyivvodokanal, FUIB, Alfa-Bank, MTS-Ukraine, United Nations Office in Ukraine.

Objective:
Enhance internal competencies and transition from operational to strategic management
