Каждый год наша компания принимает участие и участвует в мероприятиях по консультированию по вопросам карьеры для студентов.

Выпускник или магистрант может стать частью нашей команды, если он или она обладает такими знаниями и личными качествами, как:

  • глубокие знания основных предметов (экономика, финансы, налоговая отчетность и бухгалтерский учет, статистика, право)
  • Владение английским языком - среднее или высшее
  • Пользователи MS Office, глубокие знания Excel
  • аналитические навыки, быстрый ученик
  • развитые коммуникативные навыки и желание стать частью команды профессионалов

1. Preparing your CV

  • Send your CV to hr@kreston.com.ua.
  • Write a CV with information on the place of study, internship. your strengths, additional skills, and hobbies.
  • Indicate in your cover letter the professional area you are interested in.
  • Get a recruiter's call within 3 days.

2. Introduction interview (recruiter – applicant)

  • Getting familiar with the applicant.
  • Identifying personal qualities and motivation of applicants.
  • The applicant's alignment with the company values.
  • Company presentation.

3. Testing knowledge by your profile

4. Interview with the Business Unit Manager

  • Evaluating applicant's compliance with the vacancy requirements.
  • Presentation of the vacancy and career opportunities.

5. Making a decision and employment

  • An invitation to Internship or enrollment to the company.
  • The beginning of a career path.
